Booking charges 30€

Pets* : 23€ per week from 27/06 to 05/09 (free except July-August) you have to present the uptodate vaccination card of your animal on arrival-only one animal per studio and apartment

*The management reserves the right to refuse the animal depending on its category.

A guarantee is requested for all property rentals (2 cheques 440€ and 180€) or imprint of credit card details

Our additional optional services

sheets : 13€ for 2 sheets for the stay

Baby kit : baby bed + babychair+baby bath 20€ per week

Cleaning package : Option « final cleaning end of stay 80€ » (cleaning option must be confirmed 48hours before departure)

Registration/Bookings

Free estimate
Any reservation implies the payment of booking fees fixed at 30 €, non-refundable in the event of cancellation, the payment by way of deposit by the client of a sum equal to 25% of the total price of the stay. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. The customer who has not paid the balance by the agreed date is considered to have canceled. He can not in any case claim the refund of the deposit paid.
The booking option is valid for 8 days. The booking is effective when the client receives a written confirmation of village Del mar

Accommodations

Please note that children can stay for free, as long as the indicated maximum number of persons for the lodging is respected.

Failure to comply with the number of persons allowed in the lodging will lead to expulsion and no reimbursement is tolerated

Cancellation insurance

Cancellation insurance is optional, is calculated in terms of the amount of your stay, if you do not wish to take any insurance there will be no reimbursement of your downpayment in case of cancellation

A no show on the day of arrival without prior notice will lead to cancellation of your stay after 24 hours (there will be no reimbursement of the downpayment)
